REFUND POLICY
Parents must read and understand the rules pertaining to payment and refund of fees, before seeking admission to any course. No disputes regarding refunds will be entertained once the fees are paid. Students desiring to withdraw their admission during any stage of the admission process may do so by writing a letter or mail to the client relation officer of Team INTERVAL.
Refund on Withdrawal of Admission
Cancellation of admission by a parent/student will attract the following refunds:
- Admission Fee is non–refundable in any condition.
- If a student who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission within 10 days after the commencement date of the program then, 100% of the total fee (if paid) will be refunded. An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach us before 10th day from the commencement of the program. The email needs to be sent to crm@teaminterval.in
- If a student who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission between 10th day and 30th day after the commencement date of the program, then fee after the deduction of the charge of the completed sessions will be refunded. An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach us before 30th day from the commencement of the program. The email needs to be sent to crm@teaminterval.in
If a student wants to withdraw from a course/ program after 30 days from the commencement date of the course/ program then no fee will be refunded.
In all matters concerning admissions, fee payment and refund, the decision of INTERVAL shall be final and binding on all the students. With regard to the interpretation of the provisions of any matter not covered in this T&C, the decision of INTERVAL shall be final and binding on all the parties concerned.
Conditions for Refund of Fee
1.Any issue that stands as the reason for cancellation of the course should have been informed in the previous evaluation conducted by the concerned department.
2. For any reasons related to the Tutor/Trainer, Parents must permit a change of trainer at least three times as it takes chances to find the most suitable one.
3. For any solvable reasons, it may take up to two weeks to find the right solution.
4. For any refund approved, it will take up to fourteen working days to get processed.
No fee will be refunded in following cases:
1. The attendance of the student in the class should not drop below 90% throughout the Classroom / Long Term program. It is compulsory for a student under this program to write all his/her class test papers conducted. On failure of doing this, Refund opportunity will be expelled.
2. If the student is expelled in case of some discipline issue.
3. If the internet connectivity of the student is not stable or the student is unavailable.
4. If the parent is not responding to feedback calls or evaluation processes.
5. In case a student is found to be non–eligible or not following any rules and regulations specified by the institution, his/her admission will stand cancelled.
6. If a student’s admission is cancelled or he/she is terminated based on any ground.
7. If the student is discontinuing due to his/her personal issues.
8. Under any cases, if the student cannot continue his/her course and is not eligible to get a refund, he/she can transfer the course to another student on getting approval from the concerned Client Relations Officer.
9. For any cases other than mentioned above.
In all matters concerning admissions, fee payment and refund, the decision of INTERVAL shall be final and binding on all the students. With regard to the interpretation of the provisions of any matter not covered in this T&C, the decision of INTERVAL shall be final and binding on all the parties concerned.
